Being a technocrat, his total experience anchors mainly on Direct Corporate Sales and Marketing for IT Solutions and Services area. Enterprise Application and Integration Solution including ERP business development consulting is his key area. He has spent his career in many reputed private and public corporates. Some of the prominent tenures are, over 8 years with HCL Hewlett-Packard / HCL Infosystems Ltd., around 3 years with CMC Ltd., around 2 years with Hexaware Technologies and lately in Godrej Infotech Ltd. |

As a Business Development professional for over 17 years, Mr. Das has built up customer relationship at senior management levels of many reputed organizations like Citibank, ABN Amro, IDBI Bank, BARC, NPC, Bayer, Sun Pharma, Air India, Blue Star, SAIL, Parle Group, HZL, NALCO, Goa Shpyard, Carraro India, Forbes Marshall, Jet Airways etc. |

Mr. Das has spent around 6 years in Manufacturing and Customer Engineering arena. He has undergone training in Japan for State-of-the-Art technology in Manufacturing and Quality process of electronic component. This involved complete transfer of know-how and operations of the production unit, that went into shift operations within 3 months of being set up. |

Mr. Das has been an active player in Quality Improvement Programmes in HCL Hewlett Packard as an Internal Trainer for the Philip Crosby Quality Education Programme. He has been a visiting faculty at XIM Bhubaneswar and other management institutes. He has made presentation in various technical seminars and workshops in I.E.T.E and EDP programmes under IDBI. He has been a member in the Interview panel for many corporates for recruitment and campus placement visits ( IIT Mumbai, SIBM Pune etc.). |
